Who’s the tart?

Loving, laughing, crying – and writing about it all!

Life is full of trials and tribulations and often someone has experienced – or is experiencing – a similar life challenge.  That’s what Teatart is all about:  sharing life’s poignant experiences and lessons with honesty, sincerity and a dash of humour!

While no people are alike, we can definitely experience similar challenges and opinions; and even if we don’t, surely we can learn from other people’s viewpoints and mistakes?

Who I am

In short, I am:
Analytical, a romantic, an idealist, a former cheater, a recreational gamer, a reader of murder and crime mysteries, a wife, a daughter, a former Corporate communicator, a sweet-toothed cake and dessert lover … but most importantly,  I’m a writer and poet at heart.  I am Teatart.

What inspired the name?

The name “Teatart” is inspired by the fact that women always seem to have the best heart-to-hearts over a good cup of tea (or coffee for some).  Moreover, despite being affectionately called a “tart” by my husband, nothing goes better with tea than an ample slice of tart or cake!

I hope you enjoy reading my blog.
